Don’t let it pass you by with quick meaningless ‘repeat after me’ generic words… make it personal, memorable and the best wedding ever!

I believe your wedding should reflect you! A tailored ceremony which encompasses what makes you sparkle as the couple you are! Do you have a dream of how you feel your bond should be celebrated? Great! Enter me…. let’s make your ceremony the very heart of your day!
I’ll get to know you, spend a bit of time with you, learn what makes you both tick, the experiences you have encountered and the magic of your connection. Then projecting this into words, of which you have just as much control over to flip, restyle or add what you like. Then its the big beautiful day! I will conduct and present not just a ceremony but a memorable journey for you and your guests.
Whether outlandish or not, any requests, themed weddings, inventive ways to exchange rings, music selections, readings, rituals from sand ceremonies to handfasting, there are no limitations (OK maybe not a deep sea dive for the rings haha). Or keep it classic, simple and intimiate, it doesnt always have to include ring exchanges or huge storylines.
RENEW OUR VOWS
Renewing those promises you made to one another and bound together all you have experienced so far and into the future.
A renewal of your vows can be so darn ultra special! Some want to celebrate the experiences life has given them, some want to celebrate a specific milestone and some simply want to have a wedding they felt they should have had in the first place.
Historically vow renewals were traditionally held on milestone anniversaries, but in these exciting times, such traditions can be blown apart like a bright shining firework display!
Traditions don’t suit everyone…. and this is your story, your life, your journey!
Exactly as I do with weddings; I will have a nose into your lifes journey so far, pop my quill onto tea stained paper and I will then conduct and present this for you and your guests and this is when the magic happens!
We can incorporate rituals, promise rings, or have a simple heartfelt ceremony but a blooming good excuse for a celebration of YOU!
MISTRESS OF CEREMONIES
This is the ultimate Claire package! Not only do you get the full works with the wedding ceremony but you get to keep me for the whole day! Ok, its more beneficial than that…. as a Mistress Of Ceremonies I am your celebrant/MC/host. I will make sure the day ebbs and flows from one segment to the other, taking the stress away from you or your guests. I will make sure they are in the right place at the right time, i.e. from the garden to the cake cutting, or the bar to the first dance. I will also work alongside wedding planners, venue and the entertainment to make this as smooth as possible. As your MC, I will make the announcements, we can even switch it up….maybe a poem or quote of symbolism to integrate through these moments…. possibilities are endless!
DESTINATION WEDDINGS
Are you planning to jump on a plane and search for some far away delights to host your big day? The beauty of having a UK celebrant to travel abroad, instead of someone already based at that venue destination, is simply because I get to work with you, in person, meet you face to face, without relying on zoom!! This also means I can chat with family and friends too on the phone easily with no time difference issues (something I love as it means I can get to know the nitty gritty of you both) make sure every inch of your ceremony is perfected to you! Also…. I’m a travel lover, so let me know where you will be and when…. there may be a good chance I am planning to be out that way or have another ceremony there, therefore I will do my best to help with costs and travel arrangements.
CELEBRATE THE BOND
Not everyone wants what we class as a traditional marriage. If it simply does not feel right for you to have a marriage label, then a commitment ceremony and a celebration of togetherness is perfect! Maybe marriage is not quite the step you want to take yet, but you would like to forge your bonds. If the Law does not permit you to marry for any reason, or list your correct pronouns, then let’s say ‘screw the Law’ and celebtrate your love!
BABY NAMING CEREMONIES
A beautiful alternative to Christenings, where we welcome your beautiful being into the big wide World. You can offer your commitment to your little one and give hopes and promises for their future. A personal ceremony for a new born, small infant, adoption or integrating a step-child into your circle. Guardians and guideparents can be introduced and conducting promises themselves using readings, poems or rituals such as sand ceremonies or symbolic water elements. Do you have children from past relationships, who you would like to include in the coming together of a new born? Understanding the important role they will play in the future of your new family and allowing them to feel just how important they really are, can be a very beautiful and poignant moment. However the ceremony aligns with you, I will create this. I take a huge amount of time and effort getting to know you, your little one and the people important to you. Every bond is unique and this is to be celebrated.
MY GIFT TO YOU – after any wedding, vow renewal, naming ceremony, I will leave you with a binded booklet of your ceremony words as a momento to keep. ALSO: for each service, if you wish, I will create beautiful personalised certificates for the day, you can sign this during the ceremony or simply have one to keep for after. If these are used within the ceremony, how about surprising two ‘witnesses’ on the day to join you in the signing (great photo op) or maybe your dog would like to sign with a paw print, or maybe we create a fingerprint tree for all the family members to place during the baby naming ceremony…. possibilities are endless! And this is why a celebrant is that much more special than a registra.
